By using this website or purchasing any Physics with Elliot product, you agree to the terms below.
Course Materials and Copyright
All Physics with Elliot course materials are protected by copyright. This includes videos, notes, problem sheets, solutions, formula sheets, interactive graphics, downloads, and any other course content.
You may use these materials for your own personal study. You may not copy, share, distribute, publish, sell, upload, or otherwise redistribute any course materials without written permission.
Account Access
Your course account is for your personal use only. Do not share your login information with anyone else. Do not give other people access to the course through your account.
Community Conduct
Treat all members of the course community with respect.
Do not post or send inappropriate, irrelevant, abusive, harassing, rude, or disruptive comments or messages in any course comment section, to other course members, or to Elliot.
1-to-1 Coaching Support
For students enrolled in 1-to-1 Coaching, questions submitted for priority support should be based on the course material.
Coaching support is intended to help you understand the course content, work through course problems, and clarify related physics or mathematics concepts. It is not a general tutoring service for unrelated coursework, exams, or outside assignments.
Refund Policies
The refund policy for each product will be stated on the relevant sales page or checkout page. By purchasing a product, you agree to the refund policy shown for that product at the time of purchase.
If a product is eligible for a refund, you can request one by emailing elliot@physicswithelliot.com within the refund period stated for that product.
After the applicable refund period has passed, purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Tutoring Appointment Policy
Tutoring appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hoursā€™ notice. Sessions canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice are not eligible for a refund.
Unused tutoring sessions expire after one year. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue tutoring services at any time.
Payment Plan Policies
Some products may be offered with a payment plan option. If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the payment plan price shown at checkout in multiple scheduled installments.
Your first payment is charged at the time of purchase. Each remaining payment will be charged automatically to the payment method provided at checkout according to the payment schedule shown at the time of purchase.
A payment plan is not a subscription and does not provide a right to cancel future payments after the applicable refund period has ended. By selecting the payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless you request and receive a refund in accordance with the refund policy.
Access to the product, including any course materials, bonuses, downloads, community areas, or related resources, is conditional on successful payment. If a scheduled payment fails, access will be suspended until the overdue payment is successfully completed.
If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment information promptly. We may attempt to collect the failed payment again using the payment method on file. If the overdue payment is not completed, your access may remain suspended, and you may be prevented from making future purchases.
Suspension of access due to failed payment does not remove your obligation to complete the payment plan, except where a refund has been granted under the refund policy.
Removal of Access
If you violate these terms, I reserve the right to remove your access to the course, course community, or coaching support without refund.
Course Updates and Product Emails
By purchasing Physics with Elliot products, you may receive emails with relevant information and updates about the products you purchased.
You may also receive marketing emails from Physics with Elliot if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

This website is hosted by Kajabi.
